JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a Multinational DIY store chain, is looking for an:
Store Director
Responsibilities :
Defines the store's strategy and translates the BU's vision into goals
Creates and monitors the Budget and the 3-year plan (financial and resources)
Implements and locally adapts the three-year plan / BU strategy so that they are optimized store results
Analyzes store prospects and performance and thinks strategically acquisition of new talents, skills and profiles, with the ultimate goal of achieving the vision for the stores in line with BU's talent acquisition and individual development strategy
Analyzes available customer statistics, competition studies, customer feedback
Frequently guides Sales leaders in-store with one-on-one meetings about each department's sales strategy to optimize its results shop
Implements the annual engagement strategy in order to increase its results commitment of his store
Monitors the Key Indicators (KPI) of the BU Health and Safety strategy so that ensures a safe environment in the store
Responsible for his personal and professional development
Explains company's vision, mission, strategy and values at every opportunity given internally and externally
