Services & Network Expert
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Services & Network Expert to join our Commercial Services team. The role will be responsible for expanding our network of external partners for at-home services, developing new customer networks for upcoming products, and ensuring the efficient coordination and performance of these networks. This role requires strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage contracts and payments, and the capability to support our stores with any network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish partnerships with new external service providers to expand the company's service installations and network.
Develop and manage new customer networks for the integration of new products into the company's offerings.
Communicate with and evaluate external partners based on their performance, organizing regular meetings and identifying training needs.
Manage negotiations, contracts, and payment tracking with partners to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and ensure the performance of at-home services aligns with company targets, tracking and analyzing SLAs.
Conduct competitive landscape mapping and identify new opportunities to enhance the variety and performance of at-home services.
Provide operations insights for strategic plans, prepare action plans, ensure quality and service standards, and identify trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail sector.
Technical knowledge relevant to the role is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements.
Experience in managing external partners and ensuring SLA adherence.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
