Service Delivery Manager – Team Lead

The Role

The SDM/TL will be responsible for ensuring that the Managed Cyber Security deals are delivered as sold, revenue is turned on in a timely manner, and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Additionally, as Team Leader the candidate will supervise a team of SDMs ensuring that the team is performing their duties based on well-established processes.

The ideal candidate shall possess a blend of cyber security and relationship management as well as team management experience.


  • Articulates the value of MSS services through vehicles such as Executive Briefings and board ready reports

  • Assumes accountability for flawless managed security services execution

  • Provides MSS clients with proprietary intelligence around active threats by vertical or segment

  • Coordinates with MSS Manager to resolve client delivery issues

  • Provides actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to improve service products

  • Interface regularly with the SOC Manager to provide feedback on SOC operations

  • Delivers data to other operational teams of the company to serve their needs in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Keeps up-to-date with cyber security developments and innovations.

  • Coordinates, coaches and motivates his team, through the appropriate training, development, and management of performance

Work Experience

  • University Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology field

  • Relevant Master’s degree will be considered as an advantage

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or SOC environment is preferred

  • Solid experience in project management and demonstrating improved service delivery

  • Knowledge of SLA best service management practices, in Cyber Security preferable

  • Demonstrated experience in a SIEM product

  • Knowledge of current security trends, threats, and techniques

  • Ability to analyze business needs and support customers’ business strategies by identifying relevant cyber security solutions in collaboration with sales, pre-sales and engineering teams

  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships

  • Leadership skills

  • Demonstrate a good understanding of the competitive landscape in the MSS field and nuances of the market

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • Desired: IT Security Certification such as GCIH/GCIA/CEH/CISSP, product certifications such as SIEM certifications
