JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the Marine Technology industry, is actively seeking a:


Service Coordinator


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for handling and coordinating service attendances worldwide

  • Collaborating with other parties to efficiently allocate Service Engineer's resources and to maximize the completion of customer service requests.

  • Reviewing and communicating all related requirements to Service Engineers prior to their visits.

  • Quotation preparation and alignment with clients and agents.

  • Build and maintain a sustainable relationship with the customer, to manage customer requirements and to ensure continuous communication.

  • Ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.

  • Ensure that all traveling documents (ex. VISAS, passports, tickets, etc) are valid and provided.

  • To ensure the delivery of all related documentation to agents and third parties.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or relevant field

  • At least 3 years of experience in the maritime sector in the same position

  • Literate in using digital tools (CRM such as SalesForce ERP Systems/ Microsoft tools such as TEAMS, SharePoint, etc)

  • Clear and effective oral and written communication in English
