JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading software development and system integration company, is looking for a:
Scrum Master
As a Scrum Master you will be the catalyst for driving and supporting our Agile journey. You will be working with colleagues within the Agile Core Team (ACT) and focusing most of your energy on supporting cross-functional agile teams.
Responsibilities:
You are part of our Agile Core Team and work closely together to overcome silos
You are the Scrum Master of one or two cross-functional product teams
You are given ownership of how you run agile processes in your teams
You create a trusting and safe environment where proactivity is valued
You support the efficiency, self-organization and collaboration of your teams
You help increase team’s predictability on commitments and delivery efforts
You gather data to derive actionable insights and define engineering metrics for transparency with the teams
You support, coach and work closely with Product Owners, to refine and maintain the product backlog while improving transparency
Requirements:
You bring a university degree in a related field. MSc/ MBA will be considered as additional asset
You bring relevant experience of 2-5 years, working as a Scrum Master
Certification will be considered as a plus
You are an ambassador of Agile values and principles
It is easy for you to identify, measure, and propose changes in response to agile metrics such as velocity, cycle-time, sprint burn-downs, etc

You are able to build trust and resolve conflicts effectively
You are highly autonomous and open minded
You understand software development and have experience within the lifecycle
You have excellent communication skills in English
