JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, an International Medical Devices company, is looking for a :
Main responsibility of this role is to sell products in a sustainable way to new customers (distributors) and to develop a strong and long-term relationship with key players at an International level.
You will lead 4 Sales Representatives & grow the workforce ofyour team !
Work towards achievement of sales goals in respective accounts by executing business strategy/tactics according to account plans to maximize sales outcomes and business profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers.
Consistently updates colleagues on any developments that would positively or negatively impact company’s business.
Provide excellent customer service and serve as point of contact to the company´s customers supporting for invoices, payment topics, vial exchange, price and contract updates.
Support business and account planning with insight of customer needs in the market.
Provide input for account plans for respective customers and proactively align with other field stakeholders on accounts planned key actions.
Proactively support management and colleagues in strategic account planning.
Demonstrate industry-leading understanding to demonstrate the company´s competence.
Keep timely documentation (e.g., transaction & revenue reports, reimbursement reports, expense reports, compliance related, CRM system,) and provide robust input required for planning and coordination (e.g. forecasting).
Strong experience in networking and establishing a solid business relation.
Experience in health care, hygienic/food or Protective equipment preferred, proven and sustained track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals as well as favorable negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in business administration, economics or health economics are a plus but not necessary.
Fluent in Greek and English.
