JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a very well-known company based in Cyprus representing world-known food products, is looking for a:
Identify development opportunities in all areas of responsibility to grow turnover and profitability
Design, execute, and monitor the annual business plan for all channels in region of Cyprus
Responsible to drive category growth, promote and increase the sales of product category in channels of responsibility by ensuring 4Ps are in place
Negotiate and agree the annual agreements with key customers in Modern Trade based on pay for performance model
Deliver annual/quarterly targets per channel and key customers– net sales, market shares, Execution KPIs
Prepare channel monthly and quarterly business reviews
Lead, manage and train field sales reps in all channels. Design quantitative and qualitative targets.
Provide reports monthly and create selling stories to help them increase execution at store level
Increase execution in all channels customers of responsibility based on agreed annual/quarterly targets
Regular field visits routines to monitor execution and implementation of commercial agreements
Ensure a broadly-based positive business relationship across the customers.
Proven communication, sales and goal achieving skills
Ability to identify opportunities and build business plan for channels of responsibility
Strong in people management
Work experience in Sales department of 8-10 years in FMCG sector; strong experience in Key accounts management and Area manager role in Cyprus market
University degree will be considered an additional qualification
Fluent in English language
