JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading Greek IT Systems & Cyber Security Integrator, is looking for a:
Sales Manager - Cybersecurity

Responsibilities:
Participates in the design of the sales plan based on the strategic goals and priorities set by the company (defined together with the Sales Director)
Participates in the formulation of commercial policy (defined together with Sales Director)
Participates in discussions with the Management on topics such as: new products, new markets, partnerships, activity abroad, corporate events, events....
Determines sales goals in collaboration with Sales Director
Prepares and proposes for approval the budget of the department
Monitors and manages the budget of the department
Proposes for approval the credit policy of both customers and vendors
Takes care of the development of the company's clientele, opening new accounts and developing existing clientele
Evaluates the data received from the sellers for opening a new customer and accordingly forwards the request for approval to the Sales Director
Maintains good knowledge of the market and ensures the creation of constructive relationships with customers and vendors
Maintains final control of the offers sent to the customer
Takes care of the orderly cooperation with the other departments of the company
Intervenes to resolve any issues with the customer
Defines the department's KPI's and monitors their achievement
Ensures that the CRM is updated regularly and correctly by the people in the department
Monitors the performance of the people in the department and the achievement of their goals, guides and intervenes with preventive or corrective actions
Takes care of the training of the department in products and services of the vendors while ensuring the desired partnership level
Recommends and configures with the Sales Director the procurement system, salaries and benefits of the department
Schedules and conducts regular internal department meetings
Participates in regular meetings with the Management informing about the achievement of the department's goals or providing input on various issues
Proposes new ways to improve work, processes and tools
He is informed about new market trends and technologies, new products or commercial activities and informs the company accordingly
Ensures compliance with the company's internal procedures.
Promotes the reputation and name of the company with his attitude
Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science or Management
MBA or MSc desired
At least 5 years of experience in sales
2-3 years of experience in team management
Prior experience in IT sector desirable
Knowledge of HPE, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, NetApp, VMWare, Check Point products and technologies and corresponding sales certifications desirable
Excellent knowledge of English
