B2B Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Telephone communication to an existing client database aiming to sale conference registrations or award nominations
Update information in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) software, including account detail and sales history data
Create new opportunities with existing customers by pitching relevant products or services
Act proactively to exceed customer expectations and secure client loyalty
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar sales or telephone customer communication position
Background in a Telecommunication environment will be considered an asset
College/University degree or demonstrate equivalent professional development
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Organizational skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CRM user
Comfortable with deadlines
Time management skills
Critical thinker and problem-solver
