Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional, tailored customer service, ensuring a luxurious experience for clients purchasing fine jewelry and high-end watches.
Advise clients on luxury jewelry and timepieces, offering expert guidance on product details, design, and investment potential.
Stay updated on the latest collections, trends, and innovations in both jewelry and high watchmaking.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of the boutique by fostering relationships with clients.
Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and a keen eye for quality and detail.
Maintain an impeccable boutique environment, ensuring displays of jewelry and watches are pristine.
Participate in demanding and specialized training programs to enhance knowledge of luxury products, including high-end watch brands.
Handle all transactions with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

Proven experience in luxury retail, with a focus on jewelry or watchmaking.
Previous experience with high watchmaking brands is strongly preferred.
A genuine passion for luxury brands, aesthetics, and an understanding of their cultural and financial value.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Italian) is a significant asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high standards of service.
Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak season.
