Retail Area Manager



Responsibilities:


Leadership & Team Management:

  • Train and develop store managers and team members to ensure a high-performing team

  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback in collaboration with the HR department


Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies

  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock management practices to optimize sales

  • Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets


Customer Experience:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores

  • Address customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Promote company’s practices and educate customers about our products


Sales Strategy:

  •  Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive foot traffic

  • Utilize sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and improve store performance

  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Retail Area Manager or similar role, preferably in the luxury retail sector

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing high- performing teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales strategies, inventory management, and customer service

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive performance

  • Ability to drive performance independently and take initiative in achieving goals

  • Strong capability to inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment

  • Flexibility to adjust strategies based on changing market conditions and customer needs

  • High awareness of one’s own emotions and the ability to empathize with others, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution

  • Proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions
