Regulatory Affairs Leader
Responsibilities:
Enable new products to be launched and maintained in market, with the correct alignment and compliance to regulations, proactively seeking innovative and rapid path to market.
Translates the operational plan in to clear deliverable for the team.
Communicate with key stakeholders highlighting any regulatory issues, and develop plans to mitigate, so that we can deliver science that is robust and aligned with business needs.
Creates a high performing team and looks for ways to improve the performance of the team or area by setting engaging and clear goals and objectives.
Drives the identification, recruitment and retention of talent.
Build relationships with Trade Associations and regulatory authorities in order to influence the environment and marketplace in line with company's strategies.
Manage compliance in line with company's expectations, set appropriate culture and L1/L2 plans and ensure key processes and ways of working are in place.
Support the development of the strongest claims/advertising and promotion possible within the regulations, ensuring risk are appropriately addressed and communicated.
Ensure excellence in dossier roll-out.
Proactively manage impact of regulatory changes on the business
Requirements:
Degree in Life science/ Pharmaceutically related science preferably (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, Medical Engineering)
Min 10 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs, with at least 5 years at strategic senior level, able to lead multiple teams
Strong understanding of Regulatory requirements and expertise in interaction/ negotiations with Health authorities
Strong background in OTC (and beyond) with ability to oversee market/ area product portfolio and markets in scope of responsibilities.
Strong senior internal and external stakeholders’ management
Fluent English and Greek language
Solution oriented and proactive mind with a growth mindset, agile.
