Regional Digital Sales Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy, driving growth and performance

  • Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of talented country sales managers across Bulgaria and Serbia

  • Cultivate trusted, consultative relationships with clients, media agencies, and partners

  • Identify growth opportunities and craft impactful, full-funnel media strategies tailored to client needs

  • Deliver insightful presentations and proposals to address client objectives effectively

  • Collaborate across internal teams to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction

  • Oversee forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting to align with company goals

  • Empower clients to win across the Open Web while advancing the company’s mission


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital ad sales within regional markets

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of growing businesses and managing successful teams

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support regional efforts

  • In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and media buying

  • Strong commercial acumen paired with a consultative and client-focused sales approach

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and achieving goals
