Regional Digital Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Own and execute the regional sales strategy, driving growth and performance
Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of talented country sales managers across Bulgaria and Serbia
Cultivate trusted, consultative relationships with clients, media agencies, and partners
Identify growth opportunities and craft impactful, full-funnel media strategies tailored to client needs
Deliver insightful presentations and proposals to address client objectives effectively
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction
Oversee forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting to align with company goals
Empower clients to win across the Open Web while advancing the company’s mission
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in digital ad sales within regional markets
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of growing businesses and managing successful teams
Willingness to travel as needed to support regional efforts
In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and media buying
Strong commercial acumen paired with a consultative and client-focused sales approach
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and achieving goals
Collaborative and creative thinker who thrives on delivering exceptional client value and fostering teamwork
