Project Manager
Responsibilities:
The project Manager has the overall responsibility during the whole Project Execution and Execution Readiness phases until final acceptance and handover to Service.
He shall manage, coordinate and lead the project team and has the authority for all aspects in order to secure a safe and successful implementation of the wind farm installation in terms of costs, quality and time and the rest of KPI’s the PMs are in charge of.
Act as an “internal representative” of the project to support services in the organization. He is the main contact person and interface between all departments, with regards to anything related to the project.
Responsible of the financial aspects of the project and additionally he should ensure the risk analysis of the project and should implement all the mitigation plans needed in advance.
Ensure the implementation of all the QHSE policies defined by the company in all the project phases.
Management of institutional relationships when applies, commercials and contractual discussions with the main stakeholders in relation with the project management and operation execution.
First point of contact for all parties involved in the project such as customer, subcontractors, suppliers and any other internal or external party.
Responsible for claim management from/to customer: e.g. Change orders, monthly invoices, cash collection etc.
Representing the organization to the clients – creating a good relationship with the client and delivering customer satisfaction.
Secure frequent on-site visits.
Control and reporting of the performance’s indicators defined by the PM department.
Requirements:
Technical background with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects either in civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind energy sector and/or similar industries.
Experience in project management incl. full responsibility for multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen.
