Project Manager
The company with a presence in 17 cities throughout Greece, employs approx. 1.000 employees.
The Transformation Management Office team will be leading a process of fundamental changes to processes and systems in order to adapt business in a streamlined, yet dynamic and agile environment.
Therefore they are seeking to hire a Project Manager who can visualizes the entire project and pull the team to go beyond the limits.
Mainly will be responsible for planning, organizing, and safeguarding the completion of specific projects, while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
Requirements:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with internal customers to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance & Economics or related discipline is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of working experience with proven track record in project management in relevant fields of loan management, banking and /or consulting.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, from conception to delivery.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Capable of working well under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English.
