JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading renewable energy company, is looking for a :
RES Development Coordinator
Identify, make the negotiations, and secure suitable land parcels for RES projects (PV and Wind) throughout Greece. Participate in projects licensing.
Responsibilities:
Work with the development team to define the land acquisition needs according to the projects’ licensing status
Review projects Maps, Forest and Cadastrial Databases and identify the land parcels needed to be acquired or identify new site development opportunities
Work in teams in order to participate in development activities
On site identification
Identify and manage relations with landowners and rest stakeholders
Identify and manage relations with and supervise local real agents
Negotiate land lease/acquisition option agreements
Work with the legal team on defining the terms of the land contracts
Perform Land Due Diligence (Assure compliance with Permitting, Environmental Engineering Construction, Legal and Grid connection restrictions)
Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Forest, Rural surveyor, Environmentalist etc)
2+ year experience in renewable sector and/or real estate- land acquisition
Knowledge of the RES legislation framework
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel on a regular basis is necessary
Experience in land permitting issues, negotiations and land agreements is a plus
Effective communication skills with local landowners and rest stakeholders
Advanced level of English
Basic Knowledge of Designing/ Map software (Autocad, GIS etc.)
