Product Manager (E-Payment Solutions)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a well known e-payment system company, is looking for a :

Product Manager

The PM is responsible for the backbone of our core platform.

S/He looks after all activities related to the research, design, development, and marketing of our products.

S/He lives and breathes in tandem with the market and our customers.

The PM designs products starting with understanding the market and customer needs and evaluating current solutions, and potential improvements.

The Product manager is also responsible to coordinate internal, and external teams (eg Sales, or Operations) in order to capture product feedback.

You will :

  • Create new products that positively impact almost every person who buys or sells via e-commerce in Greece.

  • Conduct market research to identify new product ideas.

  • Oversee the design, and development of products, as well as the go-to-market strategy and cross-selling strategy to current customers.

  • Set goals and comms guidelines for Sales and Marketing.

  • Optimise product/market fit for existing and new products.

  • Work with a wide range of systems, both in-house and external interfaces.

  • Be exposed to, and learn about the unique world of payments, and learn the APIs and functionality of significant Payment Schemes like Visa and Mastercard.

  • Work with your team, learn from them, and share your knowledge.

  • Understand the latest cloud-based technologies, including full Agile, Automated CI/CD and testing.

  • Collaborate across different departments, including SRE, Development, Sales, Compliance, AML and Operations.

  • Research, and develop new products poised to help marketplaces and merchants grow.

  • 3+ years of experience in developing products in a product company.

  • A finance and payments background is a plus but not a must-have.

  • Be creative, open-minded and commercially driven.

  • You thrive in team-based environments and can co-operate with stakeholders from all departments and levels of the organisation.

  • Have high levels of user empathy, and care for improving customer experience.

  • Take pride in being an Engineer and apply your skills in a multitude of problems spanning across multiple verticals.
