Procurement Specialist



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute procurement strategies tailored to renewable energy and IoT projects

  • Source and establish relationships with qualified vendors and suppliers specializing in cutting-edge technologies

  • Negotiate contracts to achieve cost-effective and high-quality procurement outcomes

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in renewable energy and IoT

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with project objectives

  • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies

  • Maintain accurate procurement records and track key performance indicators (KPIs)


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the renewables or IoT sectors

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and renewable energy systems is an advantage

  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools

  • Certifications like Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent are a plus

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals

  •  Manage day-to-day operations and ensure optimal team performance

  •  Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budget, or scope

  •  Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

  •  Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

  •  Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

  •  Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

  •  Drive innovation and propose solutions for process optimization

  •  Prepare and present reports to senior management or clients

  •  Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional growth
