JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading distributor of telecom hardware and technology, is looking for a:
Private Label Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Exploring and concluding on a comprehensive accessory and gadget PL portfolio that ensures variety and availability for the end customers, competitive prices but also controlled working capital through precise forecasting.
Review and revise each customer’s portfolio and its related forecast on a quarterly basis or more frequently if needed.
Have full visibility, understanding and control of sell-out and working capital on weekly basis.
Provide forecast for upcoming quarterly needs to suppliers for timely delivery of products.
Prepare and present in-person, top quality portfolio presentations to customers on a quarterly basis.
Develop Go-to-Market (G2M) strategies for new PL products or PL Categories.
Propose marketing initiatives, promotions, incentives and other promotional activities to increase PL sales overall and/or specifically promote new product entries, aid clearance of slow-moving stock, increase sales of specific product codes etc.
Provide intelligent pricing that allows (a) customer stores to be competitive (b) that secures expected customer margin while (c) also securing company's budgeted profit margin.
Leverage market insights and upcoming trends to keep the portfolio always up-to-date and attractive for customer stores end-customers.
Manage existing and new suppliers with the goal of securing the best prices for competitive PL products and effective lead times.
Fully leverage the available tools (Microsoft Business Central ERP, Microsoft Power BI reporting) to validate decisions and maximise results.
Weekly/monthly reporting to headquarters.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in marketing, business, economics or other related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing, product development, G2M, and/or experience in retail marketing/trade marketing.
Experience in Private Label Product Management is preferred.
Strong user of excel for pricing analysis, stock value analysis and meticulous forecasting among other analyses.
Super user of all Microsoft Office applications especially Excel as described above and PowerPoint for product presentations.
Understanding reporting through Microsoft’s Power BI data visualization tool.
Top quality PowerPoint presentation skills as well as presentation and negotiation skills when dealing with the customer.
Analytical skills to deliver meticulous forecasting that ensures an on-budget working capital but also ensure variety and availability for end customers.
A collaborative colleague who knows how to effectively lead meetings and collaborate effectively while bringing out the best of colleagues and partners to ensure win-win partnerships both internal and external.
Flexible and quick moving to find immediate workaround solutions for example in cases of delayed deliveries.
Understanding of the basic terminology of Product Manager – Mark-up vs. Margin, Retails prices with and without VAT, working capital etc.
