Pre Sales Technician
The company is member of an alliance of intelligence system providers, offering an end-to-end, integrated solutions for law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
They are providing awareness for cyber threats on National Infrastructure in Israel, Greece and abroad.
The Pre-Sales Technician will support the company sales prospects and process and help close sales opportunities. In this position, the successful candidate will work hand in hand with the sales, product, QA, Integration and operations organizations.
The position is located in Athens, Greece.
Support the sales team – responsibility for the technical aspects of the sales process.
Perform presentations and demonstrations of Company Solutions offerings to potential customers.
Responsible for Prospect Reviews, including:
Technical analysis of customer requirements.
Technical negotiations with customers.
Creating configurations / quotes for customers.
Preparation and sign off technical proposals for customers.
Ownership of and prompt responses to RFP/RFI/RFQ documents.
Manage pending sales situations from a technical pre-sales perspective, working along with Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers both in-house and on-site, providing all support for achieving success in sales.
Participation in trade shows.
Responsible for evaluations / Proof Of Concepts performed at customer sites.
Assisting in training channel partners.
Defining specifications to the product house to meet customer needs
Provide valuable input from the field to the product house
Field and Outdoor activities
Approximately 50% travel required.
3-5 years of experience in the IT, preferable in Cyber, with a focus on Presales activities.
Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities.
Very good written communication skills
Good understanding of the sales cycle and process.
Posses excellent system level view and good understanding of system components and how they network together.
Knowledge in computer HW & SW and networking.
Previous Pre-sales experience is a definite plus.
Experience and background in the Security and Cyber – Advantage.
Superior people (interpersonal) skills.
Strong customer service orientation
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients
Self-motivated, highly organized and team-oriented.
Fluent in English
BSc in a technical discipline, an MBA degree is an advantage.
