JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a Business Software company, is looking for a:
Payroll Support Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the HR software support & payroll services team, accounting firms and/or businesses
Supervise customer/partner issues and monitor problems until resolution
Analysis of statistics and creation of reporting of the department's issues
Monitoring developments in the accountancy industry and submitting suggestions for improvement in their service products
Implementation of best practices in the department's procedures (Ticketing, questionnaires, etc.)
Achievement of qualitative and quantitative department objectives
Prioritize a department workflow
Training, development and maintenance of the department's human resources at the desired performance levels
Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
3+ experience as department manager with experience in support consultant positions (payroll systems)
Excellent knowledge of HR & Payroll software products, ideally of SoftOne products
Excellent customer-centric skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of English
