Packaging Supervisor

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in pharmaceutical products, is seeking a highly motivated:

Responsibilities:

Participates in the creation of packaging procedures and controls their implementation, for all factory activities related to his department.
Ensures product packaging schedule is achieved following existing specifications and procedures and within predetermined cost limits.
Responsible for faithful adherence to product specifications and data, as defined in product dossiers, as well as specific procedures defined by GMPs and by the company.
Responsible for supervising the application of the instructions described in the packaging of the products.
Directs, guides and assigns responsibilities for workers in the packaging department.
Checks and evaluates the written package details of each lot before it is sent to the quality assurance department for release.
Ensures the proper storage, labelling, separation and handling of materials in the packaging areas.
Inform the Production Manager about matters of his competence.
Replace the Production Manager in his absence.
Responsible for orderliness, cleanliness and generally meeting the hygiene requirements for the packaging areas.
Responsible for compliance with safety rules in the Packaging Department.
Makes proposals for improvements regarding the Department's systems and work methods and participates and/or coordinates their implementation.
Ensures that the department's staff's required initial and ongoing training is carried out and adjusted as needed.

Requirements:

Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or other equivalent degree in Science / Technology Field.
At least 1 year experience in Medicines Packaging.
Consistency, Responsibility and Team Spirit.
Completed military service (for male applicants).
Good knowledge of English and IT
