Key Account Manager (Hematology)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, an innovative pharmaceutical company, is looking for a:

KAM (Hematology & Oncology)


  • Execute Territory action plan / Account action plan

  • Visit relevant Healthcare Professionals at hospital and/or private’s office setting

  • Identifying barriers and opportunities for the relevant and specific disease area through deep customer insight and local knowledge

  • Developing and implementing both long and short-term business plan for all identified key customers and accounts in order to overcome barriers and maximize professional opportunities in line with company's strategy

  • Connecting customers (HCPs) with other functions (Medical Market Access, Others) according to customers’ needs

  • Sales Force Effectiveness – updating and optimizing targets (segmentation, targeting) and properly executing cycle plans (coverage, call/day, frequency, etc.) according to specific company business strategy

  • Coordinating in-field activity to achieve results and specified targets, maximize market, segment, and team dynamics to drive both top- and bottom-line results

  • KOL development - customer relationships key accounts

  • Understanding market dynamics and competitive environment and adjusting activities and marketing plans accordingly

  • Using regularly multichannel tools in daily practice and supporting the implementation of the integrated multichannel marketing campaigns

  • Action plan implementation – ensuring resources allocated to promotional activities are prioritized appropriately and deployed effectively in line with company’ business plan

  • Effectively analyzing CRM performance data, market trends/dynamics in order to build an optimal sales strategy and routinely contribute to area market intelligence

  • Collaborating with medical and other functions in business development processes


  • Minimum 3 years of experiences in similar position

  • University degree, preferably degree with medical background
