IT Help Desk (C# + SQL)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a Multinational, Leader in the Insurance sector, is looking for a:


IT Help Desk Specialist


Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure and maintain computers, monitors, printers, phones, mobile devices, tablets and laptops

  • Be able to code in SQL & C#, in order to handle Basic Database issues (modify prices, changes in contact details ..)

  • Log inquiries into the Service ticketing system.

  • Maintain, upgrade or update office standard or desktop specific software

  • Researches web for solutions to hardware/software issues

  • Install specific drivers, video cards or specific computer components

  • Interact and work cooperatively with other members of the college and community.
