Responsibilities:

• Design and integrate between applications

• Participate in facilitating meetings with stakeholders

• Recommend improvements in procedures and applications

• Translate user requirements into system capabilities

• Technical troubleshooting

• Matrix Reporting among the stakeholders

• Coordination of other departments

Requirements:

• Design and integrate applications to ensure seamless functionality.

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.

• Recommend improvements in procedures and applications to enhance efficiency.

• Translate user requirements into system capabilities and technical specifications.

• Perform technical troubleshooting to resolve system issues.

• Provide matrix reporting among stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Coordinate efforts across various departments to achieve project goals.
