IT Administrator


Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the IT industry. Monitoring company’s systems (software and hardware) and providing technical support to employees will be her/his main responsibility while ensuring the security of the systems.


  • Manage Infrastructure: Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Manage CRM: Administer and support the company’s CRM system to enhance business operations and customer management.

  • Manage VoIP: Maintain and troubleshoot VoIP systems to ensure seamless communication.

  • Manage Microsoft 365 & Active Directory: Administer Microsoft 365 services, including user management, security, and application support.

  • Manage Servers: Install, configure, and maintain servers to support business operations.

  • Support Hardware: Provide technical support for hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Support Software: Offer software support, including installation, troubleshooting, and user assistance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field

  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role of 3+ years.

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, CRM systems, VoIP, Microsoft 365, and server management.

  • Previous Experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence)

  • Proficiency in hardware and software support.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
