JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading International Ship Owner, currently developing AI tools for Marine business, is looking for an:

Implementation Leader

Responsible for leading the PAL project, including an implementation of all change requests, support, and training to company's users, along with serving as the 1stfocal point of contact with MariApps in all modules.

Managing various IT cross-organizational projects as per company’s needs.

Reporting to IT Business Projects Manager


  • Plan, lead, organize and control multiple IT projects in accordance with an approved scope and schedule.

  • Responsible for the ongoing relationship with the ERP Vendor, testing, and implementation teams in order to track all modules regarding FSDs, Jira tickets, new releases, ongoing support, and any required task, while optimally maintaining the stability and functioning of the system.

  • To lead the ERP Project team to carry out the ongoing support tasks in all the modules of the system both on the vessel and in the company's offices while complying with the corporate SLA and in accordance with the guidelines of the IT Business Projects Manager.

  • Directly responsible to follow, support, and implement changes in ERP modules.

  • Responsible to train new and existing users, for the most effective of all ERP modules usage, for both office and vessel users, either by himself or by supervising others in the PAL team.

  • Responsible for constantly maintaining the task management system documented and up to date as per company policy.

  • Work with the IT Business Projects Manager to manage changes to the project schedule and project scope.

  • Continually review, maintainandfollowall tasks and statuses.

  • Regular reporting in accordance with the instructions of the IT Business Projects Manager, meeting the goals as determined from time to time, and performing various tasks in the field of implementing information systems in accordance with the instructions of the IT Business Projects Manager and the CIO.
