ICT Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans (including schedule, cost, scope, and quality).
Ensure full control over the project’s schedule, scope, budget, and risk management.
Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
Report timely and accurately on project performance and escalate issues proactively.
Perform change management, root cause analysis, and quality reviews as needed.
Oversee project financials, including revenue recognition and invoicing.
Manage internal resources and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Engage with stakeholders effectively, setting and managing expectations while driving client satisfaction.
Use project performance metrics, tools, and techniques to track success.
Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Identify potential business opportunities through insights from project engagements.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT/High Tech project management.
University degree (preferably in IT, Engineering, or related field).
Strong understanding of PM methodologies, budget management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Greek and English.
Relevant PM accreditation (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
Excellent communicator and negotiator with high emotional intelligence.
