HR Manager (Hospitality)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in Tourism and Hospitality industry, is looking for a:


HR Manager



Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel group’s overall business objectives

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in hotel industry

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the management team, advising on HR best practices and workforce planning

  • Lead recruitment efforts for all hotel properties, ensuring the hiring of high-quality candidates who align with company values

  • Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is in place for peak seasons

  • Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, with a focus on identifying areas for development and recognizing top performers

  • Ability to travel to Paros for on-site evaluations and HR support

  • Implement and manage employee appraisal systems to track performance, encourage professional growth, and provide constructive feedback

  • Ensure compliance with Greek labor laws and other relevant legal requirements

  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances

  • Provide guidance on employment law, legal obligations, and company policies to ensure compliance across all properties

  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, and incentives

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure payroll operations align with the company’s financial policies and procedures

  • Provide regular reports on HR metrics to senior management, including insights on staffing, employee engagement, and compliance

  • Champion a positive workplace culture, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and excellent customer service


Requirements:


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry

  • Strong knowledge of Greek labor laws and employment regulation

  • Proven experience managing payroll, recruiting, and employee evaluations

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail

  • Travel Flexibility (Paros)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in HR software systems and Microsoft Office
