JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company in Tourism and Hospitality industry, is looking for a:
HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel group’s overall business objectives
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in hotel industry
Serve as a strategic partner to the management team, advising on HR best practices and workforce planning
Lead recruitment efforts for all hotel properties, ensuring the hiring of high-quality candidates who align with company values
Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is in place for peak seasons
Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, with a focus on identifying areas for development and recognizing top performers
Ability to travel to Paros for on-site evaluations and HR support
Implement and manage employee appraisal systems to track performance, encourage professional growth, and provide constructive feedback
Ensure compliance with Greek labor laws and other relevant legal requirements
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
Provide guidance on employment law, legal obligations, and company policies to ensure compliance across all properties
Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, and incentives
Work closely with the finance team to ensure payroll operations align with the company’s financial policies and procedures
Provide regular reports on HR metrics to senior management, including insights on staffing, employee engagement, and compliance
Champion a positive workplace culture, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and excellent customer service
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry
Strong knowledge of Greek labor laws and employment regulation
Proven experience managing payroll, recruiting, and employee evaluations
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
Travel Flexibility (Paros)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Experience in HR software systems and Microsoft Office
