Head of Sales


In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence in Greece.


Responsibilities:


  • Creating a strategy in sales activities

  • Actively seeking new business opportunities

  • Creating a sales plan

  • Managing and selecting sales people

  • Comprehensive care of the market and customers

  • Monitoring and analyzing market, sales opportunity trends

  • Last but not least, searching for new opportunities in the e-commerce market

  • Promoting excellent service in marketing campaigns


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within the logistics industry

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Deep understanding of the logistics industry and market dynamics

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities

  • Results-driven and customer-focused Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
