JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, an international Cosmetics company, is looking for a:

Head of Commercial

A fast-growing multinational company in the dermocosmetics sector, with a strong presence in skincare and wellness product categories, is looking for a Head of Commercial. Its goal is to continuously create value through long-term relationships with top industry professionals and trusted relationships with its consumers.

The team consists of about 70 people, organized in a flat structure with a strong market orientation. Common traits include multitasking, the courage to test new ideas, a customer-centric approach (both B2B and B2C), and effective collaboration.

They are looking for a Head of Commercial

Someone who understands the entrepreneurial spirit of the company—both in Greece and internationally—who can help shape a new philosophy and way of working for the sales team. This team already has extensive experience but is looking to redefine its approach to meet the challenges of Greece’s ever-changing pharmacy market.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the dermocosmetics market in Greece

• Previous experience in brand promotion and establishment in the Greek market

• Proven ability in market development and negotiation

• Experience managing sales teams (both sell-in and sell-out)

• Close contact with pharmacy customers – frequent travel is required, as with all roles outside of the back office

• The role is not designed for remote work, although many workdays will take place outside the office

• Excellent command of both Greek and English (spoken and written) is essential; good knowledge of French and, especially, an understanding of French culture will be highly appreciated

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools

• Real-world understanding of both digital and physical retail

• At least 5 years of higher education (ideally in science and/or business/commerce), and at least 5 years of professional experience
