FP&A Analyst
The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support the company’s strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel modeling and Power BI skills, with some experience in VBA/Macros. Bonus skills include proficiency in MS Access, Anaplan and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
Analyse financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management
Create and manage dashboards and reports in Anaplan and Power BI to visualize key financial metrics
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting
Utilize VBA/Macros to automate financial processes and improve efficiency
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced financial modelling
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Basic understanding of VBA/Macros for process automation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
