Financial Controller (Pharmaceutical Sector)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is looking for a:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Leadership Team and Brand Managers to align financial strategies with business objectives
Oversee the P&L to ensure financial health and alignment with company goals
Manage budgets, 5-Year Plans, and detailed financial estimates, including P&L, Balance Sheets (BS), and Cash Flow (CF)
Oversee monthly sales projections and re-estimates to reflect market dynamics
Lead corporate and management reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Deliver high-quality presentations and financial reports to stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for in-depth financial analysis and ad hoc queries
Promote financial literacy and awareness across business teams to foster a culture of informed decision-making
Utilize SAP and Power BI for data-driven analysis and streamlined financial operations
Manage and ensure adherence to accounting standards and industry-specific mechanisms like payback and clawback rebates

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5-7 years of experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in the pharmaceutical or a related industry
Proficiency in financial tools such as SAP and Power BI
Strong understanding of financial planning, controlling, and reporting processes
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and drive results
Attention to detail with a strong ability to interpret complex financial data
Familiarity with accounting principles and pharmaceutical-specific mechanisms like payback and clawback rebates
