JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a retail company based in Athens, is looking for a :
Financial Analyst
Requirements:
Gather and input data: enter information into existing database, ERP to accurately store critical data.
Support the existing MIS system: analyze, collect and process data/information in order to generate reports about the current status and perspectives of the company and its respective business environment.
Assist in preparation of financial reports: prepare business documents and presentations for the management team and the entire team such as profit & loss statements, balance sheet, accounts payable, accounts receivable, statement cash flows etc.
Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
Take part in all budgeting and forecasting activities for all subsidiaries and be responsible for all timely data collection
Assist in establishing financial policies & procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
2 years of relevant experience as financial or/and accounting analyst with Monthly closing and Reporting procedures
Demonstrable ability to translate data or/and facts into executable and effective reports
Tech Savvy, skilled in information systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Critical thinking: actively analyze, assess, synthesize, and evaluate information
Fluent in English with very good written and oral communication skills
