JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, an international Energy Producer and Service Provider, is looking for a :
EPC Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Prepare project(s) budget
Define and manage the day-to-day Project activities, establishing priorities and coordinate tasks
Undertake feasibility studies for the project
Prepare corresponding designs and undertake performance modelling
Ensure the technical and economic feasibility of the project
Prepare corresponding subcontracting scope and select subcontractor
Define, execute (subcontract) and report on all studies when needed
Geotechnical, Hydrological and Topographic studies
Environmental and Social Impact Studies
Interconnection Studies and Interconnection Design
Feasibility Studies
Site surveys
Negotiate and secure the Interconnection of the Project with the Grid (when applicable)
Prepare and Submit all requests to different authorities for Permitting and Licensing of the projects (when applicable)
Prepare and submit periodical internal and external reports
Select and contract Technical advisors and consultants following internal guidelines (when applicable)
Prepare presentations and reports for Steering Committee, Business Developer, Management team and Controlling
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and scope
Communicate with the Clients and ensure their satisfaction
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
+5 years of experience in Project development in the renewable energy sector
Electrical knowledge
Project Management skills
Understanding of the regulatory framework, project development process and connections within the renewable industry in Greek
Strong aptitude to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;
Solid personal initiative and drive to excel and succeed;
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills – strategic and creative thinker
Results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment;
Excellent communication skills
Capacity to manage and prioritize time and multiple tasks efficiently, conflicting deadlines and resources management under pressure or deadlines;
Availability to be based in Athens and travel extensively in Greece and Balkans
Greek native speaker, fluent in English
