E-commerce Customer Excellence Specialist

About the Role:

The E-commerce Customer Excellence Specialist (ECES) is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience through effective customer service and support. The role involves managing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ECES handles queries, provides product information, fulfills orders and resolves complaints by using any means of communication.


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information

  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

  • Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems

  • Open customer accounts in the company’s CRM

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Prioritize and handle orders based on client’s needs while balancing internal specifications and workload

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry updates to provide accurate information to customers


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, DIgital Marketing, Communication or a related field

  • 1-2 Years experience in a dynamic e-shop

  • Experience in customer service or customer support roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Team player

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Proficiency in the use of English

  • Flexibility in working with rotational shifts
