Customer Service Officer
Requirements:
Contacting clients via email, phone and face-to-face
Managing customer order entries
Checking the availability of products
Supervising the order process from beginning to end, including shipping
Supervising international orders
Providing customers with product knowledge
Managing and updating client accounts
Updating client databases
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meat deadlines
Excellent knowledge of English
Extensive experience using MS office software
1-2 years of working experience will be considered a plus
