JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a Multinational Insurance Company, is looking for a:

Customer Excellence Campaign Coordinator

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for keeping track of customer journeys in coordination with all cross-functional stakeholders such as Product Development, Commercial, Technical in order to continuously improve Customer Excellence

  • Monitor & ensure delivery of our communications, message responsiveness & reach to customers device, tracking and redirection to web or app pages

  • Systematically measure Customer Experience, by introducing NPS metrics & run annual Customer Satisfaction surveys

  • Ensure email layout, design, and content are optimized in all CRM campaigns

  • Manage customer contact and delivery KPIs & support the strategy to maximize customer engagement

Qualifications :

  • Business Administration / Marketing University Degree

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, including experience in using e-mail providers (like Marketing Cloud or Mailchimp)

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in English

  • Team player with great interpersonal skills
