CRM Specialist - IT oriented (SQL / Microsoft)
Role based in Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities
Participate in digital transformation projects, acting as a Business advisor on designing and building Customer Experience solutions
Interact closely with various stakeholders and other team member to deliver the best possible results and high-quality solutions
Manage end to end the CRM related projects by being involved in all project phases
Assume responsibility for the Day-to-Day operations as well as the overall delivery of the projects
Requirements
3+ years experience in a similar role at a consumer brand or retailer
Strong background in typical consulting skills: business analysis, change management, project management, etc
Strong SQL and Database knowledge
Hands on experience with (Customization & Configuration)
Development skill will be highly considered
Experience on CRM integrations and Call Center CTI solutions
Strong communication skills
Experience with MS Dynamics will be considered an asset
