JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a Multinational Insurance Company, is looking for a:
CRM Integrator

Responsibilities :
Work with the Customer Excellence Team, to effectively design: implement CRM campaigns, including retention, reactivation & ad-hoc promotional activities
Technically align and continuously introduce revised and updated customer journeys into Salesforce CRM
Technical setup of CRM campaigns with focus on higher engagement with our customers
Conduct testing, review, and analysis of all CRM activities to ensure optimal results
Ensure email layout, design, & content are optimized in all CRM campaigns
Integrate SMS, e-mail, push notification into marketing campaigns to effectively combine mobile & web communication channels via our CRM platform
Compile and distribute up-to-date reporting on ongoing and completed campaigns measuring all relevant KPIs
Qualifications :
3-7 years of experience in a corresponding job position
Very good knowledge of databases (ORACLE, SQL)
Experience with database management tools
Very good knowledge of SQL language
Knowledge of client/server and web system architectures
