JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a Business Software company, based in Athens, is looking for a:
Business ERP Consultant
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with implementation and training of Soft1 ERP
Train end users in specific modules of ERP application
Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops
Identify, develop and integrate Soft1 ERP to meet predefined requirements interacting with clients, sales and technical consultants
Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned
Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution
Identify and develop business processes and demonstrate good report writing skills
Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers
Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Finance
Excellent knowledge of software products
Excellent customer-oriented skills
Very good knowledge of English language
