JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a global leader in the trade credit insurance sector, is looking for a:


Business Development Associate



Responsibilities:


  • Sell company's solutions to corporate companies from qualification to closing

  • Uphold company's high standards of quality and reliability with clients and brokers

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities with potential clients

  • Use leads from the systems to approach targeted prospects

  • Expand the client base by using your interpersonal skills and recommendations

  • Represent the company at client visits, industry events, conferences and trade shows

  • Respond promptly to partner requests and provide exceptional service

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with partners and brokers

  • Ensure new policies are of high quality and facilitate their transition to the Account Management team

  • Ensure that sales fully reflect the key features of Credit Insurance

  • Contribute to the development of Trade Credit Insurance Line of Business

  • Follow the sales cycle end to end


Requirements:


  • Interested in Trade Credit Insurance

  • Proven experience in the Insurance or Banking sectors

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales and Services (hunting), showcasing great selling skills and the ability to convertleads into successful sales

  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluent Greek is mandatory

  • Ability to effectively manage brokerage channels

  • Strong networking skills with established contacts in the broker and banking sectors

  • Good negotiator (able to convince about presented products)

  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach

  • Strong organizational skills and personal drive

  • Ability to handle complex and multitasking projects flexibly and effectively.

  • Competent in basic IT systems, including MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Mobility in Greece for client-meetings/events
