B2B Area Manager



Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for achieving sales objectives assigned to the commercial area within the branch and attracting new business

  • Commercial management of the portfolio products as well as negotiation of rates with dealers

  • Boosts cross-selling of products and services among the current portfolio of dealers

  • Commercial visits to dealers and points of sales

  • Monitoring and control of the portfolio of assigned customers

  • Opening of new channels and attracting new customers

  • Performs control and monitoring of commercial activity and the evolution of the business in your commercial area

  • It identifies the most profitable business areas in the market, and proposes the development of commercial actions

  • Coordinate the relationship with both retail and wholesale risk for the correct application of the Risk Policy


Requirements:


  • BSc in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent

  • At least 7 years of experience in commercial functions business to business in consumer lending

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in consumer lending business

  • Ability to establish interpersonal relationships

  • Strategic and systematic planning

  • Strong communication skills

  • Influence and persuasion capacity

  • Results-oriented

  • Ability to negotiate (customers, dealers, etc.)

  • Fast decision-making capacity

  • Customer oriented

  • Financial analysis

  • Good level of English
