Assistant Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
Support the Brand & Trade Marketing Team in the implementation of marketing activities & campaigns (ATL, BTL or PR)
Monitors Brand & Trade Marketing activities and evaluates once completed (reports preparation, key learnings understanding)
Supports in market data analysis, track promotion, evaluate, monitor competition activities
Participates in agency briefings and routines (Creative, media, BTL)
Daily communication & collaboration with agencies for the proper and effective implementation of the Marketing Plans
Competition Tracking (BTL & ATL)
Participate in the Cluster Marketing Team monthly meetings
Control of invoices and department expenses in SAP system
Handling quality control & consumers issues via WeCare platform
Responsible for the community management via social media
Support in the local packaging artworks creation process
Attend and take minutes at marketing meetings, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and distributed in a timely manner
Requirements:
1 previous working/internship experience in Marketing, Sales or Trade Marketing departments
University degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics, MSc or MBA considers to be an asset
Excellent command of English both writing and speaking
Strong user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & other ERP systems (especially SAP) will be an asset
Team spirit & Excellent communication and influential skills
Highly organized and able to work effectively on multiple projects/project types
Creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter, highly motivated, “can do” attitude
Presentation skills, supporting internal and external communications
