Accounting Manager (Design & Furnishing)

JUST ONE, on behalf of its client, a leading company specializing in the design and furnishing of modern workspaces, based in Athens, is looking for an:

Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank account reconciliations

•  Manage monthly and annual closings of tax and payroll processes

•  Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department

•  Organize financial data into actionable insights and maintain updated records

•  Track progress toward financial and accounting goals

•  Establish policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and integrated with ERP-CRM systems

•  Administer payroll processes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proficiency in accounting software (Softone/Entersoft)

• Valid Class A' Accountant certification (Accounting signature rights are a plus)

• Strong knowledge of MyData, ERGANI, Payroll, VAT, Intra-Community Transactions (Acquisitions & Deliveries), and Intrastat

• Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel (spreadsheets, chart creation, and advanced functions)

• Thorough understanding of bookkeeping principles, accounting legislation, and regulations

• Excellent analytical skills for managing large volumes of data

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Team management skills

• Strong task prioritization abilities
