Client Accounts Coordinator

The Client Accounts Coordinator will support a 10-people team and will provide high quality services to clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with strong work ethics who will commit himself to exceed the clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing accounts and provide constant customer support

• Assessing customer needs

• Find optimal solutions to address complex customer concerns

• Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships

• Process orders, forms, applications and requests

• Provide pricing and delivery information

• Maintain customer databases :

• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

• Keep record of customer interactions and transactions

• Prepare and distribute customer activity reports


• Excellent use of MS Office

• Fluency in English

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Logistics and Operations Management

• Knowledge of WMS Mantis will be considered an asset
